Every year, Toronto is the hub of our Halloween gift basket sales. Corporate orders for Halloween fly in.  There’s a real strong interest in sending gifts before the big Christmas holiday push.  This is an opportunity to get in front of the competition.  Remember how everyone is focused on the kids and the trick or treating.  A business can really take advantage of the lull in activity and have their friends, suppliers, customers or employees appreciate the thought of a Halloween gift basket in Toronto. It doesn’t have to be expensive, just memorable!

I visited the local burger joint yesterday and saw a notice posted regarding tomatoes being banned for now due to illnesses around the US.  Apparently there was a pattern to salmonella poisoning that could be traced to the tomatoes they consummed.  Hopefully the exact source of the problem is found soon.  It’s amazing how you don’t realize what part of your burger is essential, until it’s missing!
